Annual subscriptions receive monthly allowances, not a year’s quota upfront. Paid allowances reset on the monthly subscription anniversary in UTC. Free recurring allowances reset each UTC calendar month; the introductory Brief credit is once per account. Included monthly allowances do not roll over.
Studio’s 5 seats include the owner across all owned workspaces. Its 10 workspaces include the personal workspace and up to 9 client workspaces. Respondents and public report-link readers do not use seats.
Customer branding applies to new surveys and reports. Existing saved branding stays with published content. Studio priority triage does not include a guaranteed response time.

A few details before you choose.
How do shared allowances work?
The workspace owner funds responses, Briefs, AI drafts, active surveys, and storage across their owned workspaces. Collaborators use that owner’s pool within their role permissions. A collaborator does not need a paid personal plan to join a Studio owner’s workspace.
What counts as a Brief generation?
One successful new AI Decision Brief draft uses one generation. Editing, approval, PDF or PowerPoint downloads, and re-export do not use another credit. Generating a new Brief with different data or filters uses another generation. Review AI suggestions and their supporting evidence before approving a report.
What does Studio add for client work?
Studio includes client workspace roles, invitations, defaults, retention settings, and activity controls within its shared seat and workspace allowances. Survey respondents and people reading a public report link do not need a seat.
